Kiriban for
 Erngilbreth222!!!  La la la. It is big so you can download it. These are Erngilbreths's characters Kiba and Fin [link] They were pretty fun to draw, particularly Kiba (the girl). Sorry this took me so long to get up. I was trying out a new sort of method on it. It turned out okay, but I don't think I'll be doing that again.  Heh. Well, I might. You never know. Anyway, oh my! This was an ordeal. I've been having such horrible problems with photoshoppy type things tonight. First the text quit working on everything (not really, but the truth is verra complicated) and it took me a long time to figure out how to fix it. There was a lot of cursing involved. I gave up for a few hours and alphabetized things instead then we restarted the computer and it should have worked... but didn't... bastard photoshop. Damn this is turning into a journal. Anyway, so I scanned this one in and there were all these little red spots on it!!! DX What the friggin' hell, right?!? Apparently the last dango I uploaded had too much red whaddayacallit.... uh... colored pencil. It offset onto my scanner. Not cool. So, no more colored pencil, yeah? Anyway, then it was back to trying to figure out the damned type problem, which took forever, and then I had to design something for work. Then I went to email it and saw an email with our DM yelling at us all. Good grief. Bah. I think I will copy this and paste it in my journal. |

I CAN'T STOP LOOKING AT IIIIIT.
You got everything perfect. From Fin's cautious personality to Kiba's messy hairstyle. I must say, they both look amazing in your art style. Especially Kiba. And I do like the way you drew/painted it, going straight from the sketch to the watercolor. It gives the picture a really interesting feel, and paired with the way Kiba is looking right out as us, it looks almost as if the two of them are right in the middle of something and were interrupted by the viewers looking at the picture.
This may sound stupid, like the mother of her characters cooing over her brainchildren, but...When I saw this picture, I got an idea in my head of what they were doing. It looks to me like Kiba is trying to pick a fight with somebody - or even something, knowing Kiba...heheh - And Fin is attempting to talk her out of it. Which is great, because it's exactly the kind of situation the two of them get into a lot of the time.
I'm sorry that your computer is being an ass. It's so annoying when stuff like that happens. And then your DM yelling at you, to top it all off. Well, I hope everything is beginning to settle down.
Thank you so much for doing this picture for me, Maneko. It is beautiful, gorgeous, amazing, and any other awesome words you could think of. I really appreciate it. I hope that it wasn't too much a of a pain to draw or anything....
Oh, and one last thing: I absolutely Love the way you drew Fin's hat. It's just adorable.
