I have started inking on the not so good paper. It's going okay. I have to limit the ink a lot. That and it's slow going. How much detail and panels do I need, damn me?!?!?!? is too much, yes? Yeah. It's taking longer to ink than I ever dreamed it would. Maybe I'm just out of practice (as evidenced by my horrendous inking job on Dirsh---- oH!!!! snap! You got you!). The dangos are a random way to relieve stress. And show things eating other things. Hee hee. ^^
Anyway, comicon on Saturday in Iowa. I need to do the OfficeMax thing tomorrow and get a few copies done. What else?... Um... hm... Oh yeah!
I will be doing a commissions journal or something soon, so that's forthcoming. Yays all around.

I started the inking process last night only to find out that the paper I've been using is not really good for inking. o_o; That kind of sucks. I did a test image, inked it and then watercolored it. I'm going to try inking over the watercolors and see if it bleeds. I think they'll have created enough of a barrier that it won't, but I had been almost convinced into using computer colors. Oh woe is me. ^^ Heh. At any rate, did some editing last night. I will be changing several panels, adding things to make it look right, taking out some stuff, etc.
Thanks again to everyone that has been faving my stuff. I haven't gotten around to the individual thank yous yet. Maybe eventually. In the meantime, I will try to add Tiny Trooper and some random Conrad sketchy things. I'm also doing some Halloween Academy little cards. They're so cute! ^_^ I started them at the Free Comic ook Day last week, but I liked them too much and decided they weren't going to be freebies. I've been working on them off and on.
On a side note, the paper seems to take watercolors okay. It looks very even and kind of nice. We'll see how this goes... Rrrg...

Sorry for the lack of updates lately. I'm not as crazy busy as I was, but almost all my free time is being commandeered. I should actually be at work right now. Shhhh! Don't tell! Either that or in the shower. I didn't think I had enough time today.
Conrad is coming along nicely. I think it will change when I ink it. I just have to decide if I'm going to ink or color it first. Personally, I like it when I color first and then ink, but it's not as clean. I will have to do some tests. I don't know how this paper will take watercolors. (I haven't decided on computer or watercolor yet)
If you're waiting for me to upload my commission or my Tori Amos stuff, bad news. I forgot to scan in the commission (being retarded like I am) and the Tori stuff I really don't know if I'm allowed to show. Best if I just leave well enough alone on that. I did take a horrible picture with my camera of one of my favorite pages, so I most post that into scraps eventually. But, hey, if you like Tori Amos, buy that book when it comes out. I will totally get money if they sell enough copies. Yay! ^^
My allergies are driving me nuts right now and so are my feet. I bought some new shoes and have been trying to break them in. Yowsa.
The first ever Joplin Ren Fest was this weekend and we went. I ended up buying a couple of bottles and some fake fencing swords. We've whapped each other a few times with them. I'm better at it, of course. It's because I am a fraidy cat and better able to leap out of the way.
I am very dizzy right now and I couldn't tell you why. I have no idea. Usually it's dehydration or something. That's possible. Oh well.

Everyone, look for us at the Des-Moines Iowa I-Con on May 17. ^^ I'll be there with Dan peddling my wares and going to the zoo. You can't keep me out of the zoo.
